Police arrested four Hannibal residents Tuesday on charges related to methamphetamine manufacturing.

Those arrested include: Brandon S. Bowers, 26, Bobby R. Waters, 34, Dustin E. Harelson, 26 and Kristen N. Stout, 25.

Harelson and Stout are also being investigated on additional charges of resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement office.
