Businesses near the Quincy Mall are currently without water Friday due to a water main break that occurred about 11:40 a.m.

The break occurred on the south side of the Quincy Mall.

The businesses in the area from Sears to Bergners will be without water for roughly four to six hours.

The area will remain under a 48-hour boil order once service is restored.
