ILLINOIS -- Barbara Smith was located by Jacksonville Police within the city of Jacksonville Tuesday.

The Springfield Illinois Police Department originally released that the 75-year-old woman was missing since Monday.

Smith has dementia and was driving a silver 2005 Mercedes Benz 420.

She was possibly on her way to Aviston, Illinois.
