BROCK SOLID: MACOMB WEATHERS THE STORM AND OUTPERFORMS EXPECTATIONS

2011 has been the year of the scandal in sports...and our tiny corner of the world certainly hasn't been immune.

Not with the bombshell announcement back in August that ultra successful Macomb Basketball Coach Dan Watson had been arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

In an effort to stabilize that emotionally charged situation, Macomb Superintendent Ailene Reuschel turned the reigns of Bomber Basketball over to one of the most esteemed and respected young men in the community.

Hard to argue, that by every measure, Brock Bainter has been the right man for a seemingly impossible job.
