With maturity often comes a new found appreciation for things you maybe didn't/wouldn't enjoy when you were younger.
For example: vegetables, or lower decibel music, or movies whose premise isn't build around blood and gore.
For Macomb's Karyn Paisley, that type epiphany has been reserved for running Cross Country courses that get her way out of her comfort zone.
One she realized yesterday with an "against type" victory at the Running Raider.
