SEIZING AN OPPORTUNITY: CENTRAL LEE GIRLS SEEK STATE TOURNAMENT BREAKTHROUGH

It was pretty heady stuff for a basketball team that employed just two seniors and played six underclassmen, including a sophomore, in the regular rotation.

But while the Central Lee Basketball team arrived ahead of schedule last season, ending up just one game win shy of a trip to state....

The Lady Hawks spent very little time on self congratulations.

Almost as immediately as last season ended, the girls attentions turned to the campaign that lies ahead.

And making up for the opportunity they feel slipped away from them last February in the Substate
