A Tri-State Beauty Queen did the area proud this weekend.
Miss Adams County Fair Montanna Neisen competed in the 2013 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen pageant Sunday.
The 17-year-old Liberty High school senior, turned in a good performance but did not place in the top 15.
The competition was part of the 103rd annual Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention in Springfield this weekend.
The 2012 Adams County Fair crowned Neisen as Miss Adams County Fair during the 47th pageant to kick off the week-long event.
