Trial date set in Clayton ATV death

A Michigan man charged in a September ATV crash that killed a Quincy woman will stand trial in August.

A judge found probable cause for 30-year-old Andrew Koster to stand trial in the September 14 death of 25-year-old Sarah Birsic at an outfitter near Clayton, according to records on the Adams County Clerk of Court's web site.

The Kalamazoo, Michigan man is charged with reckless homicide, aggravated driving under the influence and aggravated reckless driving.

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for August 2. The trial is expected to being August 12. Circuit Judge Alesia McMillen will preside over the trial.
