SCHUSTER SUPPORTERS RELEASE MEDIA STATEMENT

Delivered to KHQA in the wake of Saturday Informational Meeting:

Today we held an informal gathering of supporters which included parents, friends, coaches and former and current players of Coach Schuster.

Our meeting was to start the process to set the record straight and to show our support of one of the most successful coaches this area has ever had, Coach Ken Schuster.

Our mission is the send a message that we were not represented, communicated to , and more importantly deceived without notice of this.

This whole issue was not even on the School Board agenda. It was driven by our "Temporary Superintendent" who does not have the best interest of us, the community in mind. It also was fueled by a School Board that does not represent our interests but rather special self motivating selfish desires. To us , it is not what representation is about. The lack of the communication on the Hamilton School Boards behalf is even deeper as it is evident from the administration as well. The lack of esprie de cor sends a strong message that they do not want any extra curricular activities to be successful but rather be mediocre at best because it reduces their time and involvement. This does not show support to a program but rather the opposite. To say they want to go in a "different, fresh direction" demonstrates that their ignorance is bliss.

We want to be able to voice our concerns, opinions and our side and request a special Board meeting to be the outcome as soon as possible. The School Board owes us that.

More to come as this process moves forward.
