If you've ever been out to play a few holes at Westview Golf Course in Quincy, then you've experienced some sort of influence from Scotty Glasgow. The second inductee into the Quincy Golf Hall of Fame helped construct the course and shared his expertise of the sport for more than 30 years, from 1946-1978. Now, Westview is trying to pay tribute by raising money for a commemorative bench that will go near the 17th green to honor his memory.
