BLUE DEVILS RISING: QHS WRESTLING PROGRAM SHOWS UP BIG ON HOME MATS THIS WEEKEND

There were no preseason state rankings...nor much in the way of team wide or individual buzz coming into the season.

So that may well qualify the Quincy High Wrestling squad as the most pleasant surprise of the winter. See also this past weekend, when Phil Neally's crew took advantage of the rare chance to work on its own mats in finishing fifth in a loaded 26 team field; placing five individuals and winning one weight class title along the way.
