Tim Lafferty replaces Jim Unruh as Illini West Head Football Coach
Wednesday's Illini West School Board meeting was a big one for the football program.
The board formally accept head coach Jim Unruh's resignation, and then the big news came.
KHQA confirmed with Athletic Director Joey Dion at about 10:00PM that the board officially hired it's new leader.
Unruh Assistant Coach and former Laharpe Head Coach Tim Lafferty is the new Illini West Head Coach
Lafferty has been in coaching for about 20 years.
