As the Kansas City Royals prepare to host the Major League All Star Game in July, we took a little inventory and found it astounding that there are five Tri State products in the organization's employ, including a key member of the medical staff.
Lorraine native and Unity High grad Jeff Blum has been with organization as its physical therapist and rehab/coordinator for five years; a unique vocational twist for a gentleman who jump started his career studying to be a nurses aid through John Wood...and later finding his niche after graduating from Illinois College.
