CHAMPAIGN, ILL. (AP) -- Shaun Pruitt scored 19 points and Brian Randle had a career-high 19 points and 10 rebounds to help Illinois defeat Michigan 75-57 and snap a five-game losing streak.

Trent Meacham and Calvin Brock added eleven points for Illinois (9-9, 1-4 Big Ten), which put the game out of reach with a 13-0 second-half run highlighted by back-to-back 3-pointers from Trent Meacham and Demetri McCamey.

Michigan (5-12, 1-4) shot just 36 percent from the field on 20-of-56 shooting after the break.

The Illini raced out to a 17-5 advantage to start the game, but the Wolverines countered with a 14-0 run midway through the first half to even the score at 19.

Anthony Wright led the Wolverines with 15 points on 5-of-8 shooting. DeShawn Sims added 13 points and five rebounds.
