CAREN KEMNER FINDS A HOME ON THE HILL

As a former Olympian, a local legend, and a now proven high school volleyball coach, Caren Kemner seemed the perfect storm candidate for the head coaching vacancies at both Quincy University and Culver Stockton.

Both schools made appealing sales pitches to the free agent coach, but after weighing all her options, Kemner decided to Head for the Hill.....

Citing tangibly...Culver's willingness to allow her the freedom to continue work with the fledgling Riverfront Athletic Association....and intangibly...the comfort level she felt with the situation in Canton as the clinchers.
