The news isn't all bad for this team even though starting quarterback Alex Thomas has sustained a broken non-throwing hand in practice.
They've made the playoffs each of the past three seasons, but in order to keep that streak alive, the Paris Coyotes will need to adjust to some things. With more ground game already added to the gameplan this season, its just one of many different things happening in 2011 for the team.
Star quarterback Alex Thomas broke his non-throwing hand in practice last Friday. He will get more information on his injury on August 22nd. If surgery is needed, he'll be out 4-6 weeks, but if not, there is a great possibility he will be ready to play for the season opener against Monroe City on Friday.
