It was a record breaking day at Upper Moorman Park Saturday. More than 300 people took part in Quincy's Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge. Together, they raised $51,244. 331 for Special Olympics. Both numbers are the highest Quincy's Polar Plunge has seen to date.
