The North East Community Action Corporation or NECAC will take applications at its service centers in 12 counties.

Individuals and families may apply starting November 1st.

Eligibility is based upon income, the number of people per household and the type of heating source.

NECAC will mail applications to people who were on the program last year. Applications also are available at NECAC service centers in Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, Shelby, St. Charles and Warren counties.
