PALMYRA, MO. -- Palmyra's emergency sirens malfunctioned late Saturday night.

At this time, there is no immediate risk for tornadoes, although a chance for storms will continue through much of the day Sunday.

According to John Lewis, who controls the system, some type of malfunction at one of the control areas caused the system to go off.
