Anyone in the market for an old school building is in luck.

The Industry village board officially advertised the sale of the former Industry School.

The 55-year-old building near the south edge of the village was part of the Schuyler-Industry School district.

The village bought the building for a one-dollar in December 2011 after the district closed it.

Bids will be open at the December 5th village board meeting.
