We checked with officials from around the area on road conditions around the Tri-States.

For the most part conditions are the same throughout the area -- wet roads with a few snow covered areas.

There are some gravel roads around the area that are still snow covered because crews have not been able to get to them yet.

The biggest concern headed into the evening and overnight hours is the potential for black ice.

Temperatures could drop into the 20s overnight.

Drivers are urged to reduce their speed and drive cautiously.
